Pros
So much is included for the price, the Hot Mom travel system has been designed absolute style and design features in mind.
It is easy to handle and to fold down, perfect for busy parents.
Cons
The pushchair is a little bit big – although this does make for a roomier seat for your child and bigger storage basket underneath. If you are frequently hopping on and off busses, you might feel that this travel system is quite wide.
The quality of the materials used and the way it is constructed is not as sleek and robust as some of its competitors, however this is reflected in the price. – It is by no means a cheap feeling travel system, but what we mean is that it doesn’t have the extra finesse and luxury detailing that you would expect to see from such a stylish travel system. (Once you get closer, you realise it is not an EGG or a Bugaboo.) – This however, is a not a problem, and for well under £500 it is an absolute steal!
How it feels and usability
This travel system feels great to use – it pushes well and turns well.
The smaller wheel at the front makes it easy to navigate around cities and towns.
The handle is quickly adjustable so it super easy to switch heights for mum or dad to take a turn at pushing.
Whether you are using the carrycot or the seat unit, the system feels light and easy to move, not clunky and cumbersome like some all in one travel systems do.
Once you get the hang of it (just practice a few times at home) of folding and setting it up, it becomes a breeze and getting this travel system in and out of the car will be a breeze.
We love the large basket underneath, something that is often lacking in designer style travel systems, (where storage is not the no1 priority.)
The Hot Mom travel system is a bargain for what it costs and what is included.
It comes with so many extras like the adjustable foot muff and rain cover that often have to be bought separately with high end travel systems.
The Hot mom has some very unique colour combinations, each sleek and stylish.
(Think of the brand new Fiat 500 retro style colours.)
This affordable and all in one travel system offers a lot for the money and will see you through from birth until your little one is 4.
So you should get plenty of use out of it!
